We use the information you provide to answer enquiries, coordinate with local hosts, confirm availability and booking details, provide support, and send updates you requested. Relevant booking details may be shared with the host or partner involved in your experience.

Website analytics

When configured, this website uses PostHog to understand page visits and interactions. This can include cookies or local storage, click events and session recordings. Form input values are masked in session recordings. Analytics helps us understand and improve the website.

Services involved

Oorva uses service providers to operate the site, store enquiries, send messages and measure website use. These include Supabase for enquiry data, email delivery services for notifications and newsletters, and PostHog for analytics when enabled. Payment is completed on the Oorva app through its payment provider, not in this website's enquiry form.

You can ask to access, correct or delete information associated with your enquiry or account by emailing hello@oorva.in. You can stop newsletter emails using the unsubscribe option in the email or by contacting us. You can also manage browser cookies through your browser settings.
